Get Connected Summit

The Get Connected Summit (GCS) brings together leaders and enthusiasts in the electronic music, media and technology industries to explore and develop innovative opportunities across these increasingly converging sectors. GCS consists of three core components: Think, Mix & Play.





A series of discussions and instructional workshops designed to stimulate creative thinking and promote learning on relevant topics in an intimate setting. Topics include audio and video production, electronic media creation and distribution, new technology solutions, event production, and politics of entertainment.










A host of resources and events designed to facilitate networking and stimulate organic developments.

Online and print directories will be available to all attendees to encourage pre-arranged and on the fly meeting A meeting room is available for the full two summit days for anyone who work, mingle and meet. Wi-Fi is provided. A Nightly networking mixer will be held at the Summit (food and beverages will be provided)









"Summit Pass" entitles attendees to special benefits at numerous venues throughout San Francisco. Venues and events coming soon.

A seven member Commission established in 2003, the Entertainment Commission has the powers and duties to accept, review and conduct hearings for entertainment-related permit applications. Additionally, the Entertainment Commission plans and coordinates the provision of San Francisco services for major events for which there is no recognized organizer, promoter, or sponsor.
