Once you've been accepted to Pyramind, there are four ways to fund your education -

• Direct Payment

• Student Loans

• Pyramind Payment Plan

• Tuition Funding.

In all cases, custom payment structures can be created using some combination of the four for those who qualify. If you want more information, send an email to: admissions@pyramind.com to determine which options are available to you.

Direct Funding

Direct Funding means that your education is funded up front and in full. Using this option saves anywhere from 5-15% of the total tuition over the other options.

SLM Loans

SLM Financial (Sallie Mae) is one of the industry leaders in educational lending. SLM loans are very flexible and can be tailored to a student's needs. Students should know that this is NOT a Federally backed loan - it is a personal loan based on one's credit and not everyone will qualify. This is a great option for students with good credit or those who have a co-signer available with good credit. Since this is a contract you enter into with SLM, any refunds due to early withdrawal MUST be negotiated with them directly.

Pyramind Payment Plan (PPP)

This is a popular option as it requires no credit check and is available to everyone. The PPP has a flat fee of $1295 which is payable in full prior to beginning class. The remainder of the tuition payments are payable every 2 months in equal payments. By the end of the program, the balance is paid in full. Each payment is larger than the monthly payments in the SLM loan, but over the life of the loan, the PPP is significantly less money. This plan is administered by Tuition Pay, a division of SLM Financial.

TFC

Tuition Funding Corporation provides loan management for those with good credit. Loans are limited to a maximum of $5000 and with terms of 5 years or less. A deposit of 20% is due up front and the interest is fixed at 10%. A credit report will be reviewed by Pyramind prior to preparation. This option is limited to individual certifications or as a supplement to one of the other options.

Combinations

Pyramind will review every student’s financial situation and will try to create a combination of plans to fit. This may be the only way to secure funding in full, but it will cost more over time than any of the other options individually. Again, contact us to set up a meeting to discuss your options.
