The DSP-I provides high-level training for students who want to focus their career on game audio and sound for picture. The DSP-I provides many manufacturer certifications, including Digidesign’s Pro Tools Operator, Apple’s Logic Studio Level 1 and 2, and Final Cut Pro Studio and WAVES Certification A. The training gained through the DSP-I prepares graduates for audio careers in Game Audio and sound for picture including Television and Film.



The DSP-I provides training in the following topics: Art: Post-Production Mixing 5.1, Sound Design for linear media (Film, Game cut scenes), Sound Design for non-linear media (Actual in-game Audio production) Technology: Pro Tools, Logic, Reason, LIVE, Audio Recording, Synthesis and Sampling Business: Available externship/ internship with SONY Computer Entertainment America. Certifications: Pro Tools Operator - Music and Post, Logic Studio Level 1 and Level 2 (Advanced), WAVES Certification A, Final Cut Studio Level 1, DVD Studio Pro Level 1
