Dustin Musser AKA: Frost_RAVEN

Dustin Musser has been producing music for almost
three years, but it was the Pyramind training that
really set him off in the right direction. Pyramind taught
him about mixing, mastering and all the other concepts and techniques
that make a producer great. On top of that the networking
opportunities really opened doors for Dustin when he met Jeff Straw,
A & R for InGrooves at Test Press Thursdays.

Jeff Straw, also a founding member of TPT, was responsible for signing Dustin
to the online label and digital aggregator, InGrooves. Currently under the artist name Frost Raven,
Dustin's 1st release, "Desert Walker" is now available for download on iTunes, Beatport, Napster, and emusic.

Desert Walker hit number one on the INgrooves new release charts within 1 week of
download availability. The 10 songs available for download have all dominated the top 6
spots on the charts, including dominating veteran, John Digweed's newest release.
As of this writing Desert Walker, continues to rule the chart.

Prior to the recent release, Dustin co-founded Soma Soundsystem
a North Bay Artist and Music collective. In the fall of '05 Dustin took the
reins of Soma and  produced his first Dance Event. On May
19th 2006,  Soma will be performing at a FREE Dance Event produced by REACH.
REACH is a Non Profit organization promoting youth contraception awarenss.
The Dance will be at the Fairfax Pavilion, in downtown Fairfax, CA.

Dustin Musser loves dance music, especially the really
rough and nasty styles, like gabber, hardstyle and
psy-trance. Dustin hopes to bring his skills and experience
in producing chart ranking dance tracks to doing music and sound for video games.

“I owe a lot to Pyramind, those guys really know
their stuff and have gone out of their way to help me. The  school is small enough to be
able to have one on one interactions with the teachers. In that way I could ask a lot of
questions.  The instructors have shown me really useful tips regarding the business aspects of music.
Originally, I considered going to go to the school Expressions, however Dave Nelson,
a family friend suggested I go and check out Pyramind. As soon as I entered the building
I knew this was the place for me. It was as simple as that. Meeting the
people at Pyramind was great and to be able to learn all that
I have about this industry has been excellent.”
