Pyramind’s flagship control room, this HD studio was custom designed by Matt Donner and Cameron Sharp. With a dedicated stereo and 5.1 playback system (the flagship LSR6300 series from JBL), custom designed attached recording booth (excellent for small ensemble or voice recording), 1080p 50” full HD plasma monitor, Pro Tools HD rig (loaded, of course), multitude of analog pre-amps (Universal Audio, Millennia, Avalon and more!) and Digidesign ICON Control surface, this is as good as it gets. It is wired to Pyralab 1 which doubles as a recording room so this room is perfectly suited for live band recordings, large ensembles, video shoots and audio/ video post production.

The Vault

The Vault is a dedicated music production & sound design studio. The room is built around the SSL (Solid State Logic) Nucleus control surface and JBL LSR 4326P 2.1 sound system. It comes loaded with Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Reason & Ableton Live DAW software and a full compliment of music making and sound design plug-ins. Aditional hardware includes vintage analog and digital synthesizers. The vault is an ideal creative space complimented by its’ own iso booth for vocal and instrument over-dubs.

The Loft

Home to Pyramind’s COO and Composer Paul Lipson, the loft is built for speed, creativity and comfort. The aroma of freshly brewed Pete’s coffee greets you as Paul’s comforting grin reassures you that your project is in the best of all possible hands. The Loft is ergonomically laid out for state of the art digital composing and comes complete with stereo and 5.1 monitoring in a “live end/dead end” acoustic design. This studio was designed to be the ultimate in Game and Film composing as well as hosting creative client meetings and presentations.
