ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Pyramind is a private institution approved to operate by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education.  Approval to operate means the institution is compliant with the minimum standards contained in the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 (as amended) and Division 7.5 of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations.

The Application Process

1. Review the Website:

If any of your questions are left unanswered, feel free to contact admissions@pyramind.com. We currently have 3 enrollment starts: January, May, and September. We suggest you apply well in advance to allow time to schedule the tour, get your questions answered and secure your spot. We accept a maximum of 24 students each term so being ahead of the curve is always best.

2. Schedule an Interview:

You can fill out the form on the “Schedule a Tour” page to schedule a tour and interview. Or, you can call us (1-888-378-MIND xt 202) or email admissions@pyramind.com to set one up!  For students who live a great distance away and cannot meet in person, a phone or Zoom interview will be scheduled.

3. Acceptance Decision:

Once you decide to attend Pyramind, it’s just a matter of finding the right start date for you. You can hold your seat in a given enrollment cycle by paying the $95 registration fee. As we often sell out our enrollments, it is a good idea to reserve you seat well in advance.  If you are applying for a payment plan, let us know so we can get you the application to e-sign.

4. Funding:

Pyramind offers payment plans for full-time programs up to 24 months for qualified applicants. This means you can join Pyramind for a dramatically lower monthly payment than has been historically available. We can also build custom payment plans as needed!

Because Pyramind is a private school and not a university, federal scholarships, grants, and financial aide such as FAFSA do not apply. Pyramind has made a conscious choice not to become an accredited institution because it allows us to keep our tuition costs down and keep our curriculum current and relevant. Furthermore this is not an industry that places value on degree programs. 


International Students:

This school has authorization under federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students. Upon successful enrollment, Pyramind can issue an I-20 that will allow you to obtain an M-1 visa for 12 months. Only full-time programs qualify for student visas. 

Veterans Welcome: 

All of our full-time programs are fully covered by VA benefits! If you are a veteran who would like to enroll, the first step is to request your Certificate of Eligibility from the VA. Then contact admissions@pyramind. com and we’ll help you through the rest of the process. 


Admissions Requirements:

Prior to entry into the program, every student must produce proof that satisfies the following entry requirements:

  • 18 or older with a High School or GED equivalent (or turning 18 within the year after HS).

  • A valid email address.

  • A valid mailing address.

  • A valid phone number.

  • They have a full and working knowledge of English. English is the only language used at Pyramind. All students shall go through an in-person or phone/remote conversation to determine the student’s proficiency in English by the Admissions staff. Students found to be lacking in English skills shall not be granted admission to Pyramind.

  • Have a working capacity for computer operation. Our entire curriculum is based on the computer and the Digital Audio Workstation so applicants will need an understanding of file menus, file hierarchy, file management, and other operations of a computer.

  • The Admissions Department will request this information during the enrollment process. Entry to the program may be denied if proof is requested but not delivered. Pyramind does not accept transfer credits from any other college or university.
